The International School of Macao (TIS) is a Canadian International school in Taipa–located inside the Macau University of Science and Technology campus–next to the Macau International Airport. TIS has students from more than 40 different countries and its learning system is fully English. It’s one of Macau’s schools preferred by expats looking to enrol their children. It covers all levels of education from kindergarten to secondary.
The school consists of a buildings with classrooms, gym and other facilities, as well as an outdoor area for sports and to support the kindergarten students with a playground. There’s also a canteen and a library. Due to the current rate of growth, plans are underway to construct a Phase II building that will increase the school’s overall capacity and keep pace with Macau’s educational demands.
TIS is accessible by bus, taxi and private car through MUST’s main entrance. There are several restaurants, convenience shops and ATM machines in campus.
