The Macau Anglican College (MAC) is a private Christian school in Taipa. It was inaugurated in 2002 as a “private and experimental school”. MAC provides classes from kindergarten up to senior secondary level. MAC is known for having children with academic achievements in languages, music, drama, sports, science, maths, ICT projects and social care work. Main teaching language is English, making it an international school where many expats–but also locals–have their children studying. It has a large patio where kids can play and many different facilities for sports and extra-curricular activities.
Painted green and yellow, The Macau Anglican College has a modern architecture–designed by architect José F. Pereira Chan–and it’s situated in Taipa, close to the entrance of the bridge leading to Macau. It’s also 10 minutes away from the Institute for Tourism Studies former building. It’s also fairly close to a San Miu supermarket.
Opening hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm
