Every morning, Manuel Pena goes to the local market to buy the freshest products and ingredients in order to cook the best dishes for his clients. The menu of the day is inspired by his walk through the market and seeing the products available on that day.
In “O Manel”, all grilled foods are cooked in a charcoal grill following the tradition in Portugal. The codfish grilled in the charcoal, the grilled pork spare ribs, the grilled fish are only some of fantastic dishes that delight diners. There are non-grilled dishes also appreciated by customers such as clams with lemon sauce, lobster soup, and prawns in garlic.
