Mong Há Library was originally a three-story building opened in 1988 inside Mong-Há’s social neighborhood. To integrate with the Mong Há social housing redevelopment plan, the library was closed down briefly in April 2011 before it was relocated to the third story of Habitação Social de Mong Há—Edifício Mong Sin, and re-opened in December the same year.
The new library occupies an area of 360 square meters, is divided into four areas (such as reading area, children’s corner, newspaper area, and multimedia room) with a total seating capacity of 90 users. There are seven computers with broadband internet access and multimedia audio-visual services, plus one desktop electronic magnifier.
Opening hours: Daily, 2:00pm–8:00pm (Monday), 8:00am–8:00pm (Tuesday–Sunday)
