Rethink Coffee Roasters is a take-away coffee shop offering top-craft coffee, non-coffee drinks, but also Western-style food such as pastries, sandwiches and salads. Rethink Coffee Roasters roasts 100% of their own specialty-grade coffee beans, setting themselves apart from other coffee shops.
Their coffeeshops are managed by highly-trained SCAE baristas, while their food is prepared by Le Cordon Bleu chefs from their partnering stores. Rethink Coffee Roasters also wholesales their products to more than 10 local establishments which then use their coffee. Both shops–NAPE and at Broadway Macau–are spacious and with a modern design. There are a few seating areas, but it’s mostly designed as a takeaway place. There are non-lactose options as well, including oat milk. Tea-based drinks are also on the menu.
