The Tap Seac Gallery is located on one of Tap Seac Square‘s iconic red and yellow townhouses. Inaugurated in 2003, it offers a wide choice of cultural activities such as art exhibitions, concerts and performances, and more. Established with the mission to further public appreciation for the arts in Macau and to stimulate the creativity of the local residents, its activities are admission free.
The atmosphere is welcoming and it’s made of wide rooms for everyone to enjoy the space as well as the arts. The building is part of Macau’s protected heritage and it’s part of a set built in the 20th century, recalling the colonial style typical from those times. The 500 square metres gallery is located close to the Macao Archives and the Central Library.
Opening hours: Daily, 10:00am–7:00pm
