The Hideout Coffees is a small coffee shop that takes its name seriously: it’s really hidden away in a small alley close to the city center, more towards Caravela restaurant, and Margaret’s Café e Nata. The Hideout Coffees serves all kinds of coffee-based beverages, but also some light snacks such as cream cheese and mushroom stuffed chicken wings, quiche, and muffins. It’s ideal for people looking for peace and quiet. However, there isn’t a large seating area, so take-away is also a good option. They also serve teas, namely a foreign brand called Lab Aroma.
Opening hours: Monday–Saturday, 7:30am–7:30pm; Sunday, 11:30am–5:30pm
