Still unsure? The basis of hot pot is the broth which can be either spicy or non-spicy with an assortment of raw ingredients such as vegetables, sliced meat, fish and seafood. The raw ingredients are put into the broth and boiled until they are cooked and can be enjoyed piping hot. The best thing is that every ingredient leaves its flavor behind in the broth making it taste even better, the more you boil!
