Royale of foie gras, green pea mousse, herbs – what a surprise, foie gras has never been so light before. Fresh herbs are gently reminding of spring.

Roasted quail with asparagus and morel, legs in samosa, yellow wine sauce – here is where the “hearty” Alsace region comes out; absolutely fantastic samosas.

Pineapple carpaccio, pina-colada sorbet – perfect fresh ending to a wonderful meal.
