Power Vinyasa–a dynamic sequence of traditional yoga postures incorporating deep backbends, arm-balance practice and inversions, Yin Yang–a combination of movements with both energising moves and long holding poses, Restorative–calming practice of supported yoga poses to release physical and mental stress and fully enjoy the stillness of one’s mind and body, Detox Flow–a sequence that emphasises on breathing and deep twisting to energise the entire internal body that focuses on wringing out and massaging the digestive system and Mat Pilates are the other offered modalities.
