MACAO FITNESS
Located in the heart of Macau’s central business district, the 17,000 square feet gym is decked out with advanced equipment by Star Trac and Life Fitness. Macao Fitness has several different spaces to work out along with a big room for group classes. Their group classes studio can fit around 22–25 people.
Among the fitness and yoga classes, there are trendy ones like tabata, workout to target particular muscle groups, dance fitness, and martial arts. Notably, Macao Fitness is the only gym in the city that offers BodyPump by Les Mills and BodyCombat by Les Mills. To enjoy the group classes, members don’t need to register in advance. However, if you’d like to attend the most popular ones (spinning, BodyPump by Les Mills, aerial yoga, and infrared hot toga), grab a ticket at the reception and head to class. No tickets mean that all spots are taken.
Besides sports facilities, gym members can enjoy comfortable locker rooms with showers, a sauna for some after-workout relaxation, indoor tanning, towel service, and complimentary two-hour parking at AIA Tower. If you forget to bring something, they also sell clothing, supplements, set meals, fresh coffee, and more! Their schedule, news, and events are all on their Facebook page or website.

You can help grow it, too, by bringing a friend to sign up for a program. That will get you a one-month free membership!
The space is well-equipped with TRX, barbells, plyo softboxes, and other tools you might need for a Crossfit session. There’s always someone to help out with exercises, positions, machines, and just getting through training.
