What does fashion mean to you?
Fashion is a way for me to express my mood. It’s kind of a channel to let the creative juices flow while still being myself. I personally don’t emphasize too much on trends and just go with my gut every time I open my closet.
How would you describe your personal style?
Comfort is definitely on the top of the list more than anything else. I used to be so crazy about shopping for clothes, but now you won’t see a lot in my closet anymore. I find myself gravitating towards a more minimal style, so that’s where mix and matching come into play.
Your favorite place to shop in Macau?
Zara, Bershka and I.T are the stores I mostly visit.
What is your view on Macau’s fashion scene, do we have one?
Macau is not as significant as other fashion developed cities just yet, but I think it’s still on its way and is constantly improving.
How can Macau inspire the way you dress?
Macau is small but so unique on its own. The laid back atmosphere and the bright lights inspire my sense of style.
What would be an ideal weekend in Macau?
To me, a chilled out weekend is an ideal weekend. Aside from the party scene, food is always fun to explore in Macau. There are some hiking spots to squeeze in on the weekends too!
What’s your favorite place in Macau to take photos?
Either the hustle and bustle side which is in Cotai area, or the rustic old streets that we have tons of in Macau, Coloane and Taipa island.
Who takes photos for your outfits?
Mostly my boyfriend, sometimes my sisters and my friends that I’m with all the time.
What’s your fashion motto?
Always incorporate your style with confidence.
What is your favorite fashion magazine? and why?
Milk and Vivi are the magazines I normally read. I love how they are so detailed, and easy to read. It’s definitely the ones to check out if you feel like you need some sort of inspiration when it comes to style.
