BENE LAUNCHES FOOD AND WINE MERCATO

Located at Sheraton Grand Macao Hotel, an Italian trattoria offering a weekend market for an authentic Italian experience. Playing host to the dining event, Bene brings the finest delicacies, artisanal food products, and select wines. Bene Food & Wine Mercato features different parts of Italy each month, showcasing the region’s best produce and signature dishes. The market opens every last weekend of the month from 6:00pm to11:00pm and will be themed Veneto for the month of June.

THE TASTE OF YUNNAN AT BEIJING KITCHEN
Embark on a culinary journey to Yunnan with its beautiful scenery and rich history. It has been rated as a “Top 10 Destinations—China” for three consecutive years by TripAdvisor users. Grand Hyatt Macau is bringing “The Taste of Yunnan” to Beijing Kitchen.
Special teas have been chosen for discerning diners, including crimson glory rose, dian hong and pu-er, to complement the wide-ranging menu that includes dishes featuring Yunnan mushrooms and other unique ingredients from the region. The mouthwatering highlights include wok-fried Yunnan ham, king oyster mushroom, braised chicken, wax tree seed oil, Lijiang pancake, and mushroom “ganba”.

DEUTSCHE RIESLING AT MGM
Just in time to complement the summer season, MGM brings the Deutsche Riesling to Macau. Ranging from dry to sweet, the versatile aromas and flavors of riesling make a great pairing with almost all types of cuisines—from Western delicacies to Chinese and other Asian favorites. Discerning diners can sample a wide array of specially-crafted culinary delights and riesling at Imperial Court Chinese Restaurant, Pastry Bar and ABA Bar.
Head to ABA Bar where riesling lovers can opt for a Germany Riesling Tasting Flight with three of the sommelier’s selections at the price of MOP $150 between June 1 and 30. Join the Riesling Week—German Wines Tasting on June 24 to sample over 20 labels. The early-bird admission tickets will be available for sale beginning June 6 at the discounted price of MOP $180 per person, including MOP $80 vouchers for on-site wine purchase. The admission at the door is priced at MOP $220 per person.

SURF & TURF NIGHT AT THE RITZ-CARLTON CAFE
One of the best dining deals in the city is located at the charming Ritz-Carlton Cafe. Every Friday, dive into a surf & turf menu prepared in the style of an authentic French brasserie. MASUMI SAKE PARING MENU AT YAMAZATO
Yamazato Japanese Fine Dining is collaborating with the Miyasaka Brewing Company Ltd. to present the “Masumi Sake Paring” Menu at Yamazato from June 21 to July 23, 2017.
The Kaiseki Masumi set lunch is comprised of wasabi marinated in Masumi sake lees, tofu skin with miso, fig with Kouji rice malt, sashimi, grilled salmon with Shinshu Miso, Deep fried white shrimp with sweet corn, Grilled rice Onigiri served with Dashi, and ice cream made with Masumi Sake lees.
The Kaiseki Masumi set dinner is comprised by an appetizer Wasabi marinated in Masumi Sake lees, Tofu skin with Miso, fig with Kouji rice malt, Soup of Kagoshima beef with seasonal vegetables, Sashimi, Grilled cod with Shinshu miso, sobagaki with duck stock, deep-fried white shrimp with sweet corn, fruit tomato from Shikoku, grilled rice onigiri served with dashi, and ice cream made with Masumi sake lees and seasonal fruits.
You can avail of the three-hours valet parking. The opening hours are 12:00pm to 3:00pm and 5:30pm to 10:00pm. Available daily except Mondays.
