Yamazato Japanese Fine Dining is collaborating with the Miyasaka Brewing Company Ltd. to present the “Masumi Sake Pairing” Menu at Yamazato from June 21 to July 23, 2017.
Masumi sake was founded in 1662 near Lake Suwa at the center of the Japan Alps in Nagano Prefecture. Masumi Sake is brewed in the exotic place known as Shinshu Suwa where is surrounded by the Yatsugatake “Eight Peaks” Range, that includes Mount Tateshina and the Kirigamine Highlands. The region has crystal clean air and pure water whets its long winter period provides the purest ingredients for the finest quality of sake. Due to Masumi’s quality it received a gold medal, and has achieved recognition among the breweries in Japan.
The Kaiseki Masumi set lunch is comprised by Wasabi marinated in Masumi Sake lees, Tofu skin with Miso, fig with Kouji rice malt, Sashimi, Grilled salmon with Shinshu Miso, Deep fried white shrimp with sweet corn, Grilled rice Onigiri served with Dashi, and ice cream made with Masumi Sake lees.
The Kaiseki Masumi set dinner is comprised by an appetizer Wasabi marinated in Masumi Sake lees, Tofu skin with Miso, fig with Kouji rice malt, Soup of Kagoshima beef with seasonal vegetables, Sashimi, Grilled cod with Shinshu Miso, Sobagaki with duck stock, Deep fried white shrimp with sweet corn, Fruit tomato from Shikoku, Grilled rice Onigiri served with Dashi, and ice cream made with Masumi Sake lees and seasonal fruits.
Executive Chef Akira Hayashi and his culinary team have crafted authentic Kaiseki Lunch and Dinner set and are working closely with Miyasaki Brewing experts to create a truly perfect pairing, you are sure to enjoy its warmth and harmony at your table.
You can avail of the 3-hours valet parking. The opening hours is at 12:00pm to 3:00pm and 5:30pm to 10:00pm. It is available daily except Mondays.
