Blooom is a café located in Horta e Costa avenue. It’s also the name of their own coffee brand, which they roast locally. The company now has more than three shops around the city, including at the Macau International Airport, Galaxy Macau, four other coffeeshops in Macau peninsula and one in Taipa Village. According to their website, Blooom’s priority is to put freshness and locally-roasted coffee on the map in Macau. They aim to make the public more aware of the coffee world by not just simply sipping on their cup of cappuccino but also by introducing customers to beans from a variety of different origins and educating them about good roasting techniques. Although they sell the same concept and coffee, each store allows a different vibe and feeling.
