Café Philo is located in St. Lazarus neighbourhood, close to modern-looking shops. This area is filled with historical buildings with Western architecture and bright colors, but also a lot of history. Café Philo is, as the name indicates, a coffeeshop also selling light snacks and sometimes organizing coffee-related workshops. Latte, americano style, espresso and drip coffee are some of the varieties one can order. There are non-lactose options as well.
Café Philo’s signature beverage is drip coffee and they also sell an array of utensils and tools to make this. They mainly serve and sell coffee from Ethiopia, Colombia, Honduras, Costa Rica. Café Philo is very modern looking and minimalist, with a small menu on a table and a few seating spots on the left side. Its glass doors allow for a lot of light, so it’s a bright place to be at and relax.
