Walking into MGM Macau’s signature Chinese restaurant, Imperial Court–via their VIP entrance hall or the lively casino floor–guests are transported into a world of culture and heritage. Imperial Court serves all kinds of Chinese gastronomy delights. These include classic signature dishes such as glutinous rice dumpling, wok-fried French blue lobster with minced pork, black bean and garlic, braised abalone and braised chicken with saffron chicken broth, appetizer platters, sauteed lobster with chili peppers and shallots and much more.
Imperial Court is an ideal setting for every occasion, including an informal meeting or business dinner, a romantic getaway, or lunch with the whole family. Decorated with Chinese art pieces and artworks all over, high doors with opaque glass detailing separate the six private rooms on the periphery of the restaurant from the inviting main area. Some of the rooms have their own flat-screen televisions, as well as personal lounge areas for pre-dinner drinks or after-dinner tea and conversation.
