Restaurante Litoral Taipa is a renowned local restaurant established by a Macanese family and serving traditional, local dishes, as well as Portuguese ones and some Chinese ones. Café Litoral’s recipes have been passed down through generations in the family for more than 100 years. They opened Restaurante Litoral Taipa–their second branch–in 2008 and although serving the same dishes based on the same tradition and skills, this one is located in Taipa Village, allowing visitors to have a nice meal in the midst of a tour around this side of the city. Some of the most sought after dishes here include minchi, bafassá pork, among others. The eatery’s atmosphere is relaxing, ideal to take kids but also big enough to find a quiet corner for a romantic meal.
