Located in iconic, lotus-shaped Grand Lisboa, Robuchon au Dôme embodies state-of-the-art dining. A gem on Macau’s gastronomy map, it is one of 20 restaurants in the famed chef Joel Robuchon’s empire of contemporary French cuisine. It has become Macau’s first restaurant awarded three Michelin stars and has been consistently receiving this high rating since 2009.
At Robuchon au Dôme, diners can expect a high-end service and particular and singular culinary mastery. There are several tasting and set menus to choose from. Among them, is Le Menu Aux Crustacés, focused on sumptuous ingredients like lobster and crab. Apart from the world’s famous cuisine, Robuchon au Dôme can boast one of the most extensive and exclusive wine collections in Asia, recognized with a prestigious Wine Spectator’s “Grand Award” every year since 2005.
With a grandiose chandelier made with 131,500 Swarovski crystals, the Robuchon’s opulent design perfectly matches the restaurant’s higher status. The panoramic views of the city are also great from this spot.
