Saffron is a Thai restaurant set in Banyan Tree Hotel. Considered one of the best Thai restaurants in the city, it has a modern, and exotic decoration with traditional details from this country. Saffron has won several awards over the years and branched out, now has 10 different restaurants across seven countries in Asia, Africa, and the Americas. The first Saffron was established on the Thai island of Phuket.
As for signature dishes, the chef recommends the Gaeng Kati Poo Alaska (Alaska king crab in spicy yellow curry), Khong Wang Ruam (Thai appetizers), and the spicy, pungent soup, Tom Yum Goong.
Inspired by the original venue, Macau’s own Saffron takes diners on a journey across the beaches, traditions, scents, and exotic experiences of this Southeast Asian country.
Opening hours: Daily, 12:00pm–10:30pm
