Set in the green hills of Coloane, Seac Pai Van Park is a country park covering an area of approximately 198,000m square meters. It is home to one of Macau’s most popular attractions, the Macau Giant Panda Pavilion, where visitors get a chance to observe two adorable giant pandas. In addition, the park comprises a multitude of things to do and see, including a zoo.
The Rare Animals Pavilion harbours a pair of red pandas and three golden snub-nosed monkey. In addition. those exploring Seac Pai Van Park may expect to find different species of primates, lemurs, ostriches, parakeets, flamingoes, a few swans and a fish pond. A walk-in aviary with nearly 2000 square meters featuring colourful bird species is available for a visit too.
Others facilities include a giant panda inspired gift shop, kids playgrounds, a bar selling beverages and quick bites, a medicinal plants garden, an outdoor fitness area and even a museum—The Natural and Agrarian Museum.
The park is also features an ecological trail throughout the surrounding hills.
