Shake up your workout with Surfset as you challenge yourself on top of a custom-made surfboard that draws from the real movements of surfing. After a hard workout, go for a dip in the pool and take your exercise routine to the next level, surfing on Bogafit’s specialized board that helps build strength, improves balance and coordination, and deepens flexibility through a carefully selected set of movements. A great solution for aquatic fitness! Who would’ve thought swimming was the only way to keep fit under summer time’s heat? Their classes include SurfBalance, Surfbuild, Youth Surf, Boga, Boga Family, SurfBurn, SurfBlend, and Youth Boga—targetting all levels regardless of experience. A perfect way to have some real summer fun!
