Beijing Kitchen restaurant has crafted a very special Shaanxi food menu available to public until April 30. Shaanxi is the cradle of Chinese civilization and one of the birthplaces of Chinese culinary culture enriched with over five thousand years of history. Shaanxi food is characterized by aromatic, tasty, sour and spicy dishes that can awaken the taste buds in spring.
Grand Hyatt Macau aims to bring authentic Shaanxi flavors to Macau by using the diverse ingredients and cooking techniques evoking the major features of Shaanxi cuisine. The chefs at Beijing Kitchen have mastered the cooking skills of the chefs in Xi’an, focusing on the three main factors—quality ingredients, enriching flavor and tasteful aroma. Beijing Kitchen will be having this Shaanxi cuisine promotion until the end of April and it includes appetizers, hot dishes, noodles and dim sum.

CHEF MATTHIAS KNILLING’S MENU AT BILLECART-SALMON CHAMPAGNE DINNER
Celebrate the 200th anniversary of Billecart-Salmon, the oldest continuously family-owned champagne house on 29 March at Vida Rica Restaurant. Enjoy a five-course dinner curated by Chef de Cuisine Matthias Knilling while Sebastien Papin from Billecart-Salmon explains each pairing.
The dinner will highlight Cuvée Nicolas François 2006, an exceptional cuvée that was created in 1964 as a tribute to the house’s founder. Formed from the results of blending the Grands Crus by Côte de Blancs vineyards (Chardonnay) and the Montagne de Reims (Pinot Noir), the aroma of this champagne highlights preserved peaches, fine apple tart and lemon verbena tea.
Founded by Nicolas François Billecart and Elisabeth Salmon, the couple started Maison Billecart-Salmon in Mareuil-sur-Aÿ, France, the family’s home town after they got married in 1818. Since its establishment, six generations have succeeded the family’s business with the seventh generation preparing to take the helm.

GLAMOROUS FRENCH DISHES AT GOÛT DE FRANCE / GOOD FRANCE 2019
On March 21, wish the world “bon appétit” by celebrating Goût de France / Good France in Alain Ducasse at Morpheus and Voyages by Alain Ducasse. Following its resounding success over the last four years, on the same day, 5,000 chefs around the globe will create a unique dinner menu in celebration of French gastronomy. From bistros to gastronomic restaurants, Goût de France / Good France showcases a cuisine based on pleasure and generosity, carefully sustaining “eating well” and the environment.
To honour this unique event, Executive Chefs Pierre Marty of Alain Ducasse at Morpheus and Anthony Bacle of Voyages have created two unique five-course menus exclusively available for one night only. Five-course Good France menu at Privé, Sofitel Macau At Ponte 16
Sofitel Macau At Ponte 16 is celebrating French cuisine with the Good France 2019 dining experience! From March 19 to 23, Privé is serving an all things French menu. Renowned for its elegance and exquisiteness, “Gastronomic Meal of the French” is a UNESCO intangible cultural heritage that has prompted French chef Alain Ducasse and the French Ministry of Europe and Foreign Affairs to launch Good France in 2015.
The “Good France” menu starts with hot goat cheese salad, which is prepared with cherry tomatoes and honey balsamic sauce, and French cold cut platter, which offers an assortment of sausages and coppa, jesus, and Bayonne ham. Next up is bouillabaisse fish soup–a Provençal specialty that combines the rich flavours of Bouillabaisse with prawns, scallops, and blue mussels. The main course is the crispy yet tender salmon fillet, perfectly complemented by truffle mashed potatoes. To finish off the meal, guests are treated to the chocolatey and gluten-free pave chocolate cake.
