AIA Tower is strategically located in the heart of the central business district. AIA Tower is in close proximity to the Macau-Taipa Bridge and is right in the center of the web of government institutes and world-class hotel facilities, including the Macau government headquarters, the Consulate General of Portugal in Macau and Hong Kong and Hotel Lisboa.
AIA Tower features full external glass-curtain walls, stylish canvas awning—the type of features that are expected of international Grade A buildings—and makes the complex one of the most spectacular pieces of waterfront architecture in Macau. AIA Tower houses numerous companies offices and other venues, including a panoramic bar and restaurant, Sky 21 on its upper floor, but also Starbucks coffeeshop and Macao Fitness on the ground floor. There are some other shops and restaurants in lower stories, while the rest of the buildings is fitted with offices.
