Beijing Kitchen is a signature restaurant at Grand Hyatt Macau, with a focus on authentic northern Chinese cuisine. The sleek and stylish space can accommodate 225 seats. Four kitchens overseen by a master chef create custom-designed Chinese delicacies, from traditional Peking duck prepared in wood-fired ovens and traditional Chinese noodles to dim sum and a wide selection of desserts. When ordering a whole Peking duck, guests will be offered a duck broth made with the remaining parts of the animal or deep-fried duck. Fried dumplings are also one of their popular dishes. Signature dishes also include double-boiled soups, vinegary appetizers, wok-fried dishes and much more.
The restaurant is well decorated in a minimalistic style featuring dozens of Chinese teacups and teapots with different designs inspired by Chinese art. The atmosphere is contemporary. Beijing Kitchen overlooks Grand Hyatt Macau’s main entrance and is accessible through its lobby.
