Beginning his career in Bordeaux, France, and training alongside esteemed chefs, Portos honed his talent for culinary technique, execution and creativity. His menu combines the art of simplicity with basic ingredients at the core of his dishes, with a twist of modern cooking methods – creating a fusion of unique and distinctive flavors.
