Open for lunch and dinner, Chinoiserie is a Chinese restaurant at The 13 Hotel that serves Chao Zhou cuisine, regional cuisine from the eastern part of Guangdong Province. The culinary team of Chinoiserie is led by chef Chan Ah Kin, a master chef with more than 40 years of experience and excellent expertise in Chao Zhou cuisine. Some of the restaurant’s signature dishes include some traditional recipes with the chef’s twist: hand-shredded cold lobster, special cold fish rice, scalded bitter melon and beef soup, and poached sliced fresh sea whelks.
Chinoiserie’s design can be described as a fusion of oriental and western luxury, with splendid chandeliers, golden decor, and refined silk wall art.
