This library is located in Luís de Camões Garden and was built with donations from Mr. Wong Ieng Kuan, an overseas Chinese from Peru. It was opened in 1999. This library, spanning 675 square meters, has two floors—the upper floor is the reading zone and leisure area for children, while the ground floor is the reading zone (including book reading zone and periodicals reading zone). This library has a collection of around 13,748 volumes, 71 audiovisual materials, 52 newspaper titles from various places as well as 148 titles of periodicals and provides seating for 157.
Opening hours: 2:00pm–8:00pm (Monday), 8:00am–8:00pm (Tuesday–Sunday)
