Combining tradition and passion for food, Chá Gordo runs as an afternoon tea featuring both savory and sweet dishes. The Manor’s Chá Gordo is the perfect place to learn more about traditional Macanese food while enjoying impeccable service in luxurious surroundings.
Papinee for the little ones
The storytelling company Papinee is dedicated to telling stories, educating, and showing the world to kids. The St. Regis Macao has been partnering up with the Hong Kong-based brand, thus making a (real) difference when it comes to children’s entertainment within its walls. Papinee created Jak the Deer–full name Jak Odocoileus V–a friendly deer brought up in New York City amongst the glamorous people at his family’s headquarters, The St. Regis New York.
Said to be named after John Jacob Astor IV, the wealthy New York real estate visionary who founded the original St. Regis Hotel in 1904, this little figure appears in Macau in the form of storytelling kits and more. The Stay and Play with Jak Room Package was created with families in mind. It comes with a Jak Storytelling Kit, other gifts for the little ones, and 20% off the Family Traditions activities, a must-experience at this hotel as well.

Maria do Leste: Exclusively at The St. Regis Macao, Cotai Strip
Did you know that the Bloody Mary, was created at The St. Regis New York? This delicious bar menu staple was created in 1934 by bartender Fernand Petiot who invented something called “Red Snapper,” which was later popularized as the “Bloody Mary.” Every The St. Regis outlet crafts its own version of this cocktail, and this is no different at The St. Regis Macao, Cotai Strip with the Maria do Leste or the “Mary of the East.”
Staying mostly true to the original cocktail with a unique, balanced acidity combined with freshness and spice, the Maria do Leste has its own twist! Inspired by Macau’s blend of Portuguese and Chinese cultures, on top of the usual tomato juice and vodka, there’re notes of Portuguese chorizo, pink peppercorn and limes from Brazil, chili from Africa, cinnamon and paprika from India, lobster and sea salt from the seas, The St. Regis Macao, Cotai Strip has revealed that there are also hints of the highly popular egg tart, black vinegar and black peppercorn from China.
Sweeping views of the Cotai Strip
The Cotai Strip’s glittering lights attract visitors like moths to a flame and the best place to capture this sight is at The St. Regis Macao. Situated at the start of the Cotai Strip and facing Coloane, it allows for an impressive panoramic view of the whole area. The best time is when night falls and the legendary Cotai Strip lights come on and the vibe of the area immediately changes.
Family-oriented fun
