Hing Yi Waffle Stall is one of Macau’s most popular food stands. As the name indicates, this spot specializes in freshly baked waffles made with homemade dough. The recipe is secret and very popular amongst both locals and tourists. Hing Yi Waffle Stall is usually very busy, especially during lunchtime and the afternoons, when people flock there to pick up a quick snack.
There used to be two stalls, but now only one remains. Close to Rua do Campo, it attracts school kids, businessmen and women, and other customers. Freshly made waffles are whipped up on the spot, warm and fluffy on the inside yet golden and crunchy on the outside.
Opening hours: Daily, 11:00am–9:00pm
