Wild is the music of autumnal winds amongst the faded woods. Indulge your senses with an exceptional menu of autumn-inspired dishes featuring game and wild mushrooms while dining under the dazzling starry sky at Galaxy Macau. At this pop-up culinary event in The Glass House at Galaxy Hotel, savor the best of the seasons’ game from Europe including Scottish Highland red deer, black grouse from Cairngorm, wood pigeon, red leg partridge and more paired with specially selected wines. Complete the dinner on a high note with the symphony of hazelnuts, Alba white truffle and chocolate tobacco paired with double cask Macallan whisky.

Executive Chef Antimo Merone of one Michelin-starred Italian restaurant 8½ Otto e Mezzo Bombana Macau welcomes two Michelin-starred chefs–the legendary “King of White Truffles” Chef Umberto Bombana and Executive Chef Riccardo La Perna of 8½ Otto e Mezzo Bombana Shanghai to present a fascinating night with a culinary gem: white truffles.

Highly esteemed as the “diamond of the kitchen” among gastronomes, the white truffle is one of the most celebrated and prestigious ingredients of the season, and the finest of white truffles come from Alba in the Piedmont region in Italy during late fall and early winter. Bringing together their combined expertise, the three chefs will present a luxurious tasting menu with white truffles from Alba.

19th Macau Food Festival

Every year around November, the Macau Food Festival–located in the rotunda opposite the Macau Tower–attracts local residents and visitors tempted by delicious Asian, European, Mainland Chinese, and local delicacies. Liberally salted with exciting live entertainment, games and beer competitions, this food fest has become a firm favorite for its uninhibited, relaxed and welcoming atmosphere of street stalls, booths, and tents. The event is organized by the United Association of Food and Beverage Merchants of Macau.

Hairy Crab Feast 2019 at Sofitel Macau At Ponte 16

The months of October and November are the best time for enjoying the succulent and luscious flesh along with golden creamy roe of hairy crabs. In celebration of this season, Mistral Restaurant showcases hairy crabs at an international buffet featuring exceptionally fresh crabs and seafood from around the world, including French brown crabs, blue swimmer crabs, snow crabs as well as fresh oysters, mussels and prawns. An array of sizzling hot wok-fried crab dishes such as Singapore curry crab, hairy crabs at the live cooking station and classic sweet crab congee wrap up your crab gourmet journey perfectly. Both your taste buds and stomach are guaranteed to be happily satisfied!

When the autumn winds blow, the hairy crabs grow. To celebrate the arrival of hairy crab season, Le Chinois Cantonese Restaurant reveals a highly anticipated eight-course Golden Autumn Hairy Crab Set Menu paired with an array of classic Cantonese seafood dishes. The feast begins with a combo of crab fruit salad, deep-fried crab claw and crabmeat xiao long bao. Then, savor bird’s nest soup with minced chicken and crabmeat to fully take in the nutritious and nourishing values. The star of the show–steamed whole hairy crab with shiso leaf–is steamed to perfection to preserve the natural and succulent taste. The feast ends on a perfect note with the stomach-warming glutinous dumpling in sweet ginger tea to offset the cool nature of hairy crab.

The German Beer Festival menu is a celebration of German beer, culture, and cuisine at the time of year when millions of beer lovers across Germany and beyond celebrate the world-famous Oktoberfest beer festival. Beer lovers can enjoy a selection of premium German beers including a classic Paulaner draught beer with its characteristically malty taste, as well as Jägermeister-inspired special cocktails.

With beer festivals originating from the southern German state of Bavaria, the Palms German Beer Festival menu offers diners a range of Bavarian specialty dishes including roasted pork knuckle with braised red cabbage and apple, traditional German sausages, a mixed Bavarian meat platter, and authentic hand-made pretzels.
